Alltec builds a microprocessor based control device for controlling the motion of a large mechanical arm on a sophisticated micro-chip testing machine. The device includes two mechanical subassemblies, multiple PCB assemblies, rubber keypads, and three custom cables. In total the assembly included 37 mechanical components. The product design received an honorable mention in the ID magazine design contest.

Aerospace
Customer challenge was to meet exacting mechanical tolerances and color specification. Alltec built a two-shot over molded button assembly and mating switch housing. The solution was to provide design assistance to resolve issues concerning light distribution and the ultrasonic welding of the assembly.

Telecommunications
Customer repeatedly issued single-week time line projects for new project prototypes. Programs primarily involved cnc work on sheet aluminum, creating finished fiber-optic cable routing enclosures. Critical finishing work was met without rejection and tight timelines were kept.
